A new tower on the block
425 Park Avenue is the first full-block office building on New York’s Park Avenue in over 50 years. The new building is located alongside Modernist icons such as the Seagram Building, Lever House and the CBS Building, on the world’s grand boulevard of commerce. The 47-storey tower includes a triple-height lobby, world-class office accommodation, external green spaces, an expansive social amenity level and a 38-foot-tall penthouse floor.

CPK Airport, Warsaw
Foster + Partners and Buro Happold have been selected to design the new CPK airport between Warsaw and Łódź. The vision includes a landside interchange plaza that brings together three main modes of transport: air, rail and road. Animated by lush greenery and flooded with natural light, people would congregate in this vibrant space before travelling or welcoming visitors.
The William, London
Planning approval has been granted for a new mixed-use development in London. The William will be built using cross-laminated timber, making it one of the city’s largest timber developments and the practice’s first timber office building in the capital. The construction of The William is projected to be BREEAM Outstanding, and the building will be operationally net-zero carbon upon completion.

Located on the 32nd floor of the Euro America Financial City, designed by Foster + Partners, the new Hangzhou studio overlooks the mountainous West Lake Cultural Landscape. The team in Hangzhou are currently overseeing the construction of the Euro American Innovation City, a mixed-use development at the heart of the Hangzhou Qianjiang Century City.
