About Jayrold Bautista:
Jayrold is an Associate TS&D Scientist in Dow for their High-Performance Building Market covering the Southeast Asia region. With almost 15-years of experience in the built environment, he provides technical, application and consulting expertise to stakeholders in the curtain wall and construction industry.
He has helped many clients to achieve energy efficient, durable, well-designed façades for high performance building projects with silicone and material science technology. Prior to joining Dow, he worked for a major façade consultancy firm, and is currently based in Singapore.
About Valérie Hayez:
Valérie Hayez is the Global Façade Engineering & Architectural Design Engineer for High Performance Building at Dow Silicones. In her role, Valérie provides technical service to the construction design community, including façade system manufacturers, architects and engineers.
She has developed a broad expertise in façade engineering, including structural performance, fire safety, thermal or acoustic insulation. While Valérie is responsible for identifying and communicating industry needs to Dow‘s Research and Development Community and supporting the development and commercialization of new products, she is also active at a standardization level. She holds an MSc and a PhD in Applied Sciences (electronics and optics) from the University of Brussels.
