Kevin Jose is a Global Principal of Aedas and has over 30 years of experience with 26 of them being in Asia. He has been an Executive Principal / Director of Aedas since 2002, and heads the Singapore office of over 250 professional and technical staff. He is also part of the Aedas International Global Board responsible for leading the practice worldwide.
Kevin leads the design and delivery of many significant projects in Southeast Asia that include World Trade Centre II and III for Jakarta Land; Unilever Headquarters in Jakarta; Intermark for MGPA in Kuala Lumpur; and various projects in Manila for AyalaLand. He was the Project Director for the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort from 2007 to 2011 and was responsible for directing the Consultant’s team and Client liaison.
Prior to being stationed in Singapore, he was based in Hong Kong and Macau as the Project Director for the Venetian Integrated Resort; and the Landmark Retail, Hotel, and Office Project in Hong Kong for Hongkong Land. Kevin was also heavily involved in major infrastructure projects including several rail interchange stations in Hong Kong.
