About Aibi Osunde-Ogbebor
Aibi has a first degree in Architecture from the Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife, Nigeria. She completed a Masters in Façade Engineering at the University of Bath in 2007. She has since spent the last 15 years working in Façade Engineering Consultancy. Joining Meinhardt UK in 2014, she took leadership of the UK façade team in late 2019.
Aibi combines her knowledge of architecture and façade engineering to provide a multidisciplinary approach in providing solutions for each project requirement. This involves taking into consideration the architectural design intent, Clients’ objectives, and budget, as well as technical performance requirements of each project.
Aibi has extensive experience in working on a number of key projects both in the UK and internationally including Commercial, Residential and Retail Developments spanning both new-build and refurbishment works. Some of her projects include the Atlas Building City Road London, Parkhouse London, BBC phase II, buildings S4 and S9 of the international Quarter London (IQL).
She represents Meinhardt (UK) on the board of the Centre for Windows and Cladding Technology (CWCT) and she is a member of the Society of Façade Engineering (SFE).
